Holistic & Integrative Methods – I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and (my personal fave) dialectical behavior therapy.
Virtual & In-Person Sessions – Flexible options to fit your lifestyle! I currently offer virtual sessions and outdoor walk-and-talk sessions.
